In this Legal Notice, "CoHearent", "we", "us" and "our" mean CoHearent Pty Ltd. "You" means any person who accesses or uses the Site.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Legal Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This Legal Notice governs your use of the Site only. Access to and use of CoHearent's products and services — including COSI 2.0 and NAL Virtual Personas — is governed by the separate written agreement between CoHearent and the relevant customer, together with our General Terms and Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency between this Legal Notice and a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement prevails in respect of the products and services it covers.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video material, software, interface designs, product documentation and their selection and arrangement (the "Content") — is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by CoHearent, and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Certain technology, methodologies and materials underlying CoHearent's products are used under an exclusive license from National Acoustic Laboratories (NAL). NAL and its related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used under license. Nothing on the Site transfers any right, title or interest in that licensed intellectual property to you.
"CoHearent", the CoHearent logo, "COSI 2.0" and "NAL Virtual Personas" are trademarks or registered trademarks of CoHearent Pty Ltd or its licensors. Third-party names, logos and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their appearance does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship unless expressly stated.
4. Permitted use
You may view, download and print Content from the Site for your own internal, non-commercial informational purposes, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
Except as expressly permitted above or under applicable law, you must not:

CoHearent's products are designed as decision-support and professional training tools for use by qualified hearing care professionals within their own clinical governance frameworks. Clinical responsibility for any assessment, recommendation or outcome remains at all times with the treating professional and their organization.
6. Product availability and regulatory status
Product descriptions on the Site are for general information. Products, features and availability vary by market and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to supply any product in a jurisdiction where it is not registered, authorized or otherwise lawfully available.
References to CoHearent products do not constitute a representation that any product is registered with, cleared by, or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulator, except where expressly stated. Prospective customers should contact us to confirm regulatory status in their jurisdiction.

13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoHearent, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and licensors exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Content, however caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.
Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where our liability may be limited but not excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant Content or services, or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
The Site is controlled and operated from Australia. We make no representation that the Content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Site from outside Australia, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
